Marloes Mohr - Advocaat - Partner - Mohr Avocats
Marloes Mohr

Lawyer – Partner

While studying law in Utrecht Marloes had the opportunity to study at the university of Sydney for half a year. There she met her French husband. She decided to do a 3ième siecle (master’s degree) in France after finishing her studies in Utrecht. Marloes stayed in France, obtained the exams to become a lawyer in Toulouse and founded Mohr Avocats in 2010.

Dutch businesses sometimes underestimate how complicated it can be to find their way on the French market. There is nothing Marloes enjoys more than explaining specific provisions of French law and making them understandable for clients, and providing clients with clear advice with which they are really able to work. Moreover, advising Dutch clients in their native language is something Marloes still enjoys every day.

In regard to legal procedures she likes to construct her files meticulously in order to maximise the chances of success. Marloes is mainly specialised in labour law and company law.

Nathalie Dauphin - Advocaat - Mohr Avocats
Nathalie Dauphin

Lawyer

Nathalie has studied law at the University of Limoges and Birmingham (UK). She has fulfilled an internship at the International Criminal Court in the Hague before moving to Toulouse. In January 2014, she started working at Mohr Avocats. Nathalie is specialised in trade law, labour law, and contract law. She is active in both advising and ligation.

What Nathalie enjoys most about her job is determining the best legal strategy in regard to a specific case. It is only when she finds exactly the right legal argument to win a case or minimise the damage for a client, even when a case seems lost, that she is satisfied. Furthermore, Nathalie is keen on pleading before the French courts.
